Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds come from the head of the sunflower plant. They have a delectably mild nutty flavor.

These seeds are rich in healthy fats, protein and fiber. They are also packed with nutrients and beneficial plant compounds that can help fight inflammation, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

Sunflower seeds make for a crunchy snack and tasty additions to trail mixes, granolas and nutrition bars.
