HOW TO USE
Pumpkin seeds can be eaten raw or roasted. They can be enjoyed as a snack or as nutritious addition to granolas, trail mixes, cereals or smoothies. Raw pumpkin seeds can be roasted in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Stir every 3-5 mins to avoid burning. Alternatively, toss them in a skillet for 3-5 minutes or until slightly brown.
