Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin Seeds may be small, but they are packed with powerful nutrients. Eating a small amount can provide you with a significant quantity of healthy fats, Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B2. Because of these, pumpkin seeds have been linked to many health benefits such as improved heart health, prostate health, lower blood sugar levels and even protection against certain cancers.

These versatile seeds can be easily incorporated into your diet either raw or roasted. They make for a tasty and nutritious addition to trail mixes, granolas and nutrition bars.
