HOW TO USE
Mix 3 grams or 1 teaspoon of Maca Powder to a glass of water or your favorite drink.
Athletes and highly active people can take up to 1 tablespoon a day. We recommend starting out with 1/2 teaspoon a day then building up to 1 tsp to 1 tbsp a day. Taking a break of 1 or 2 days a week or 1 week in a month will maintain your body’s responsiveness to the effects of Maca.
