HOW TO USE
Amaranth can be used in place of pasta, rice or couscous. It can also thicken soups and stews. To enhance digestion and mineral absorption, sprout in water for 1-3 days. To prepare as rice substitute, cook in 3:1 Amaranth to water ratio. Boil until all the water is absorbed.
